毛澤東同志與軍事學(xué)院
——紀(jì)念毛澤東同志誕辰115周年

毛澤東同志在中國革命中是非常重視軍事訓(xùn)練、軍事教育的，有史實可鑒。中華人民共和國建
立后仍重視軍事教育，尤其是軍事院校的教育工作，以適應(yīng)正規(guī)化、現(xiàn)代化國防建設(shè)。1950年8月，中
共中央軍委決定辦全軍綜合性陸軍大學(xué)。10月23日，即中國人民志愿軍入朝作戰(zhàn)的第4天，中央軍委主
席毛澤東電中共中央西南局第二書記劉伯承同志：“伯承同志：此間恩來、總司令、榮桓、榮臻和
我，希望你速來京主持籌建陸大的工作”。因?qū)W院擬選有空軍、海軍、及炮兵、裝甲兵，故陸軍大學(xué)
后建議改為軍事學(xué)院。在中央軍委副主席周恩來的關(guān)懷組織下，毛澤東主席批準(zhǔn)了《關(guān)于創(chuàng)辦軍事學(xué)
院的意見書》，以華東軍大和華北軍大的教員，職員為基礎(chǔ)，以華東軍大在南京的校區(qū)為軍事學(xué)院校
址，劉伯承院長（后兼政治委員）11月21日乘火車到南京。第二天，按周恩來副主席的意見，中共軍
事學(xué)院臨時委員會劉伯承、陳士榘、陳伯鈞、鐘期光、劉忠五人為委員，另加兩名后補(bǔ)委員，即開始
工作。開訓(xùn)練工作會議，院務(wù)工作會議，接收從全軍來的學(xué)員（軍、師、團(tuán)及優(yōu)秀營級和部分兵團(tuán)級
如楊勇）。
1951年1月15日，中國人民解放軍軍事學(xué)院成立。中央軍委授旗閱兵（中央軍委代表陳毅授
旗），劉伯承院長受旗和分列式閱兵，開成立慶祝大會。此前1月11日中央人民政府人民革命軍事委員
會發(fā)來電報：“中國人民解放軍軍事學(xué)院劉院長并全院指揮員、政治工作人員、教員、學(xué)員同志們：
值茲軍事學(xué)院開學(xué)之際，特向你們致賀，望全院同志們努力學(xué)習(xí)總結(jié)我軍作戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗，發(fā)揚我軍的優(yōu)良
傳統(tǒng)，學(xué)習(xí)蘇聯(lián)的建軍經(jīng)驗，掌握正規(guī)化、現(xiàn)代化的軍事科學(xué)與指揮藝術(shù)，根據(jù)馬克思列寧主義的建
軍原則與毛澤東同志的建軍思想，從我軍現(xiàn)有基礎(chǔ)上，為建設(shè)更強(qiáng)大的中國人民國防軍而奮斗?！?
1952年7月，高級速成系和上級速成系學(xué)員畢業(yè)，政治部秘書處派我上兩系搜集學(xué)員畢業(yè)體會和
對教學(xué)的意見。1952年7月10日中央人民政府人民革命軍事委員會主席毛澤東的訓(xùn)詞，毛澤東指定軍事
學(xué)院院長劉伯承代表軍委向該院高級速成班和上級速成班第一期畢業(yè)學(xué)員宣讀。全文如下：“軍事學(xué)
院劉院長，全院指揮員、政治工作人員、后勤工作人員、教員，并高級速成系、上級速成系第一期畢
業(yè)的全體學(xué)員同志們：
標(biāo)志著中國人民建軍史上偉大轉(zhuǎn)變之一的中國人民解放軍軍事學(xué)院，其高級速成系及上級速成
系的第一期已學(xué)習(xí)期滿，舉行結(jié)業(yè)了，特致以興奮的祝賀。
軍事學(xué)院的創(chuàng)辦及其一年多的教育，對于建設(shè)正規(guī)化、現(xiàn)代化的國防部隊，是有重要貢獻(xiàn)的。
這是劉院長的努力，全體蘇聯(lián)顧問的努力，以及全體指揮員、政治工作人員、后勤工作人員、教員和
學(xué)員共同一致努力的結(jié)果。特致以感謝和慰問之意。”
中國人民的建軍歷史，已經(jīng)走過了二十五年的長期路程，其革命經(jīng)驗之豐富，在國際上除蘇聯(lián)
外，無與倫比。但在中國人民尚未獲得全國勝利之前，由于客觀物質(zhì)條件的限制，其軍事建設(shè)又尚處
于比較低級的階段，也就是處于裝備的簡單低劣，編制、制度的非正規(guī)性，缺乏嚴(yán)格的軍事紀(jì)律和作
戰(zhàn)指揮的不集中，不統(tǒng)一及帶游擊性等等，這些在過去是必然的，不可避免的，因而也是正確的?？?
是，自從中國人民獲得了全國范圍的勝利之后，這種客觀情況已經(jīng)起了基本上的變化，我們現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)
進(jìn)到了建軍的高級階段，也就是進(jìn)到掌握現(xiàn)代技術(shù)的階段，客觀條件已完全具備了這種可能，只需加
上不疲倦的主觀努力，就一定可以實現(xiàn)。與現(xiàn)代裝備相適應(yīng)的，就是要求部隊建設(shè)的正規(guī)化、就是要
求實行統(tǒng)一的指揮、統(tǒng)一的制度、統(tǒng)一的編制、統(tǒng)一的紀(jì)律、統(tǒng)一的訓(xùn)練，就是要實現(xiàn)諸兵種協(xié)密切
的協(xié)同動作。為此，就需要克服在過去時曾經(jīng)是正確的，而現(xiàn)在是不正確的那種不集中、不統(tǒng)一、紀(jì)
律不嚴(yán)、簡單現(xiàn)象和游擊習(xí)氣等等，而必須加強(qiáng)整個工作上、指揮上，而首先又應(yīng)該是從教育訓(xùn)練上
來培養(yǎng)那種組織性、計劃性、準(zhǔn)確性和紀(jì)律性。這是建設(shè)正規(guī)化、現(xiàn)代化的國防部隊所不可缺少的重
要條件之一。
同時，為了組織這種復(fù)雜的、高度機(jī)械化的、近代的戰(zhàn)役和戰(zhàn)斗，沒有健全的、具有頭腦作用
的、富于科學(xué)的組織和分工的司令機(jī)關(guān)不行。過去那種不健全的、效率不高的、甚至是極不勝任的司
令機(jī)關(guān)，今后就必須大大地加強(qiáng)起來。過去那種只重視政治工作（重視政治工作是對的，今后也還必
須重視），而忽視參謀工作的現(xiàn)象，必須加以堅決的改變。過去把一些比較弱的、缺乏組織能力的、
甚至是犯了一些錯誤而積極性不高的人來做司令機(jī)關(guān)的工作，因而也或多或少地影響到對司令機(jī)關(guān)的
缺乏威信，影響到若干指揮人員不愿當(dāng)參謀長、不愿意當(dāng)參謀，這種現(xiàn)象必須加以根本上的改正。今
后，必須挑選優(yōu)秀的、富于組織和指揮才能的指揮員到各級司令機(jī)關(guān)來，以創(chuàng)造司令機(jī)關(guān)新的作風(fēng)和
新的氣象。這同樣是建設(shè)正規(guī)化、現(xiàn)代化的國防部隊所不可缺少的重要條件之一。
軍事學(xué)院全體的指揮員、政治工作人員、后勤工作人員、教員、第一期畢業(yè)的學(xué)院和正在學(xué)習(xí)
的學(xué)員同志們：“軍委希望你們在建設(shè)正規(guī)化、現(xiàn)代化的國防部隊的光榮事業(yè)上，繼續(xù)努力，并希望
通過你們的努力，把建設(shè)正規(guī)化、現(xiàn)代化的國防部隊的精神，貫徹到所有部隊中去。”
遵照毛澤東主席的訓(xùn)詞，全院同志積極貫徹，同全軍所有部隊一樣取得了極好成績。在1956年1
月全院表彰了先進(jìn)。劉院長兼政治委員發(fā)布《軍事學(xué)院建院五周年授獎令》，授予戰(zhàn)術(shù)教授會寫作組
等13個單位集體獎。授予陳慶先等個人一等獎33名，劉忠等118名二等獎，孫繼先等494名三等獎。我
以“在工作中成績優(yōu)異”被授予三等獎。
在軍事學(xué)院建院五周年前夕，1950年1月11日，毛澤東主席蒞院視察軍事學(xué)院：余伯由秘書長交
代我陪羅總長看接待現(xiàn)場和在劉院長辦公室使用保密電話辦妥毛澤東主席接見事宜，闕興隆同志通知
各部、系、教授會負(fù)責(zé)人，來參加主席接見。非常順利。俱樂部攝影師沈秉鈞拍下了珍貴的照片。

My Favorite
Childhood Memory
Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen:
Today my topic is “My favorite childhood memory”.
I was fortunate to spend my childhood with a group of peers in a big yard. There
were six of us---four girls and two boys. We called ourselves `our team’. We did many
things together and had great fun.
It was Saturday, 'our team’ gathered together as usual.“Hey, lovely day, isn’t
it? What’s up today?” Gao Ming, the eldest, asked. Five minutes later, we were
following Grandpa Chen, the gardener, with spades ,tubes and buckets in our hands. We
were going to help him clean up the garden! Gao Ming and I watered the trees while the
others loosened the soil with spades. We worked hard and joked around. I remembered when
Grandpa Chen bent down to collect fallen leaves, one of us suddenly screamed
“Snaaaaaake!” He quickly jumped out and asked “Where?”with a frightened look. But
looking at our sweaty faces with innocent smiles, he realized what was going on and
couldn’t help laughing .The sun shone brightly on the little garden and a group of
happy children.
In our yard ,there used to be an abandoned garage full of old pieces of furniture.
It was so shabby that few adults paid attention to it. `Our team’ ,however, made it and
called it our “base”. It was used as a gathering place. Parties would be held on
holidays. Besides parties, we told stories. Once I boasted that I would fly to the moon.
I would say hello to Wu Gang, a famous legend character that is said to live on the
moon, and have a dinner with aliens ,etc. On hearing my most absurd imaginary adventure,
they laughed to tears that evening.
“We had joy ,we had fun ,we had seasons in the sun. But the hills that we climbed
were just seasons out of time.” Looking back, I realize that being together with `our
team’ made my childhood wonderful and also I benefited a lot from it .I know how
important it was for an ‘only child ’to learn to share and cooperate with others when
she was young. Now we are living a colourful life and are busy pursuing our own dreams,
but the good time that I spent with ‘our team’ remains to be one of the sweetest
memories in my heart.

Good afternoon,ladies and gentlemen!It's great?honor for me?to stand here and give
you a speech.Today,I really want to share my favorite childhood memory with all of you.
My childhood is the beginning of my life which made me become confident to face
the future.It left me behind with a trail of happy memories and unforgettable expriences
which are very helpful in my whole life.
It was about the last class of one morning when my teacher came towards me.She
said to me with gentle smile that she was going to ask me to give a performance in front
of the whole school.Hearing this,I was so excited that even my heart beat faster.But,at
the same time,I felt kind of nervous,too.Though I was young,no more than seven years
old,I put my heart in it and tried my best to practise.Because I was so eager to leave a
good impresstion on others.
Then,it came the unforgettable moment.On setting feet onto the stage,I realized
that it wasn’t so easy as I expected.There are so many eyes focused on me!The music was
played,but I felt the time and air flowing have stopped.Since I was shocked by the large
crowd of people,I?held my breath.At this urgent moment,I heard a voice from my heart.It
said ‘Never give up,Ann!Believe in yourself and you can do it!’The mind is so strong
that it set my body free.I took a deep breath and wasn’t so nervous any more.Fluent
lyrics?flowed out of my month,just like a miracle!So loud and proud my voice was that
even I couldn’t believe myself!I could see the satisfied looks on others’ faces and it
encouraged me again.When the warm appolause broke out,I realized that I overcame my fear
and it was the first big success in my life!
It was so wonderful a memory which helped me gain lots of comfidence.Man’s life
is a procedure of progress.Although my childhood wasn’t as sweet as candies,it was aslo
full of happiness because the challenges helped me make lots of progress.No matter how
difficult it will be,just go ahead confidently with your bright smile,and you’ll
success.That’s the lesson which my childhood has given me.
